Ingredients:
Carrot 50 g
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Celery 1 teaspoon
Potato 10 g
Salt to taste
Butter 1 teaspoon
Vegetable broth 1 cup
Method:
- Finely chop the vegetables and celery
- Grate the fresh ginger
- Heat the pot and melt the butter
- Stew chopped carrots and potatoes until soft
- Add the vegetable broth and grated ginger and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
- Blend the mixture and add salt
- Garnish with chopped celery and serve the soup hot
2. Smoked Pumpkin Low Fodmap Soup
Ingredients:
Pumpkin 100 g
Salt to taste
Ghee 1 teaspoon
Chat Masala ¼ teaspoon
Oregano ½ teaspoon
Ground toasted almonds 1 teaspoon
Method:
- Slice the squash and roast or grill on both sides on non-stick tawa until golden brown
- Roast the almonds and crush them in half
- Mix all ingredients including pumpkin and mix well
- Bring the soup to the boil, top up with a dollop of ghee and serve hot
3. Low Fodmap French Potato Soup
Ingredients:
Potato 100 g
Ginger (chopped) 1 in
Salt to taste
Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Celery (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Water until desired consistency
Method:
- Chop the potatoes and fry in a non-stick pan until the potatoes are soft
- Once cool, puree the potatoes in a blender and set aside
- Take a sauce pan and sauté the chopped ginger
- Add potato paste and stir continuously for a minute
- Add salt and water as needed
- Let the soup simmer for 5 minutes and add celery leaves to the soup before serving
- Serve the soup hot
This soup also goes very well with the potato diet plan for weight loss.
4. Hibiscus Frappe Low Fodmap Drink
Ingredients:
Hibiscus tea leaves 1 teaspoon
Almond milk 200 ml
Crush Ice ¼ cup
Honey 1 teaspoon
Method:
- Boil the hibiscus tea leaves in ½ cup water until the water is reduced by half
- Cool this concoction before proceeding to prepare the frappe
- Put all the ingredients together with the hibiscus tea preparation in a blender and mix well
- Serve the frappe chilled
5.Sol Kadhi / Kokam Curry Low fodmap drink
ingredient
Kokam ½ tablespoon
Coconut milk 200 ml
Ginger Mint Paste ½ teaspoon
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Method:
- Soak kokam in ½ cup of water for 4-5 hours
- After soaking the kokam, use your fingers to mash it in the same water until you've removed all of the extract from the kokam
- Strain this mixture and keep the extract separately
- Mix this kokam extract with coconut milk and add ginger mint paste and himalayan rose salt
- Chill this drink and serve chilled
6.Cinnamon Chia Cool Smoothie Low fodmap drink
Ingredients:
Lettuce ¼ cup
Dudhi ¼ cup
Cucumber ½ No
Zucchini ¼ cup
Celery (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Pink salt ¼ teaspoon
Ginger 1 inch piece
Cinnamon powder a pinch
Soaked chia seeds 1 tablespoon
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a smoothie blender or blender
- Place soaked chia seeds and celery in a glass, then pour the smoothie into the glass
- Serve the drink chilled
7. Banana Almond Shake Low fodmap drink
ingredients
Banana 50 g
Almond milk 200 ml

ingredients
Coffee powder 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
Almond milk 200 ml
Method:
- Take ground coffee and ground cinnamon in a mug and add 2-3 drops of water
- Whisk the coffee with the spoon until the mixture becomes creamy and bubbles form
- Use the milk frother to froth the hot milk or blend the milk with the blender until the milk becomes creamy and frothy
- Slowly pour this frothed milk over the coffee and cinnamon mixture and serve this coffee hot
10. Immunity Booster Juice Low fodmap drink
ingredients
Kiwi 50 g
Ginger ½ inch pc
Fresh orange juice 100 ml
Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
Black salt ¼ teaspoon
Method:
- Thoroughly puree the kiwi and ginger in a smoothie maker or blender
- Mix together freshly extracted orange juice and ginger kiwi juice
- Just before serving, add lemon juice and black salt and mix well
- Serve this juice at room temperature
