You don't have time to train, but still want to get used to it somehow? Don't worry, I have a solution for you right now that will make you sweat, get your cardio workouts and leg workouts … yes, a triple bonanza! 😀
The training given below burns around 200 kcal if done without breaks. It should be continuous, no pauses, yes you would be out of breath and want to give up, but it's only 20 minutes and you will feel damn good afterwards.
Play good music and start it. A stopwatch would help so that you don't have to wait and stare at the clock all the time. : P
Nowadays I started this training because of the limited time, because I have to add some kind of movement to my day or I feel lethargic all the time and as a gymnast also know the exact poses of these exercises as the effect.

Step 1: start spot jogging for 1 minute

Step 2: jumping jacks 1 full minute
Step 3: lean back, walk for 1 full minute
Step 4: squats 30 seconds
Step 5: lunges 30 sec.
Repeat step 4 and step 5 for 30 seconds each

Step 6: get into the squat and hold this pose for a full minute
(This will kill you … don't give up, it's just a minute and after that everything will be fine)
Step 7: Lie down, start crunches for 1 minute
Step 8: lower abs for 30 seconds
Repeat steps 7 and 8 again, grind for a minute and lower the abs for 30 seconds.
Step 9: get into a plank position and hold this pose for a full minute
Step 10: 12 suryanamascars.
