Dance Exercise For Fitness – Indian Weight Loss Blog
Hello everyone,
How are you all doing? Let me tell you about me I'm on the leaner side and instead of losing weight, I'm always looking for a workout that will help me build my stamina. I get tired easily, so I started my dance training that doesn't strain my energy too much. Yes, after a dance lesson of only 5 minutes I am breathless and my heart is pounding. I'm just a beginner, please excuse me.
What I felt is that dance training makes me happy and it is a known fact that doing things that make you happy is always beneficial. (By the way, my dance training song is "Go Go Go Govinda" / "Dance Pe Chance Marle". It takes a lot of energy.)
This was my part of the story; Let's see how to do dance training.
Dance exercise for fitness
- Before starting the session, do some warm-ups and stretches. You shouldn't do high voltage dancing steps without warming up.
- Keep yourself well hydrated as you will have to sweat during the session.
- It is best to look in the mirror while dancing. You can see your shape as you perform the movements. I always look in the mirror and also make facial expressions (that's just for fun, but I feel good)
- Beginners (like me!) Shouldn't overdo it. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!
- Take a break in between. Do not allow yourself to get tired.
- After the session is over, do cool-down exercises.
- Don't forget to have something to eat before your session. It can be fresh fruit or dry fruit. If you have a long and rigorous session, you will need something even after the session. Go eat protein and carbohydrates. You can choose between cottage cheese, whole grain bread, fish, chicken, fruit and nuts.
- As for the footwear area, the shoes and footwear that are best for Bollywood dance workouts should have good shock absorbers and protect your feet. Although some people (even me) prefer to dance barefoot, it is a good idea to invest in good dance shoes if you have been doing this for long hours.
I don't have a trainer or instructor, but I'm glad to be the master of my own free will. Sometimes the movements have a magical effect on me, so I preferred this to other endurance building exercises. How you can benefit from dancing:
- Protects against diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis and depression
- Tones your entire body, not just a target area.
- Helps you lose weight. (Aerobic dancing is especially helpful)
- Increases your stamina. Dancing can also help with little energy. According to one study, a weekly dance program can help improve physical performance and increase energy levels.
- The flexibility of the body increases.
- Strengthens bones and muscles without hurting the joints.
- Since dancing requires quick movements and good posture, it will help you stabilize and gain better control over your body. It improves your posture and balance.
- Reduces stress and tension by distracting the mind from ongoing life problems.
- According to one study, it is known to improve memory and prevent dementia in the long term.
So have fun dancing !!
