February on WLTV: Self-Love – Wanderlust
It's a perennial theme throughout February, and we're always happy to return to this practice: self-love.
We have put together five courses, each using different modalities, which are a wonderful roadmap for exploring compassion for self.

Dive into self-love with Natalie Valle
Tapping, also known as EFT, focuses on meridian points to restore energy balance to your body. By stimulating the meridian points, tapping can reduce the stress or negative emotions you are feeling about your problem and ultimately restore balance to your disrupted energy.
Tapping helps access your body's energy and sends signals to the part of the brain that controls stress, allowing us to de-stress the mind, body, and spirit. We will conclude the session with a guided meditation to integrate all the work we have done.
Back to Basics Joy Yoga: Self-Love with Emily Harding
Whether you are starting your yoga journey or have been practicing for a while, this joyful vinyasa class will help you bring some sunshine into your day while taking the time to explore your alignment in asanas and yoga philosophy and understand theory.
Find Self Love and Happiness: Qi Gong with Tracie Storey
Qi Gong is an ancient energy practice with many great benefits for the body, mind and spirit. Through movement and sound, you stimulate the flow of Qi through the body and become aware of the energy inside and outside the body. With conscious movements you learn to establish a physical dialogue and begin to activate the flow of energy within you.
Courageous Love for Self and the Collective: Dharma Lecture, Breathwork and Meditation with Reggie Hubbard
This class offers dharma, breathwork and meditation that derive wisdom from African American experience and yoga philosophy applied to our present circumstances. We will explore transcendent love for ourselves and others and dare to dream even when it seems foolish to do so. Through this practice we will shift our thinking from despair to a feeling of inspiration to recreate a more loving, just and fair society for all: rooted in the wisdom of the past to serve the welfare of the collective.
