High Workout routines To Lose Weight – Half 2
Heya everyone
I promised you I would do part 2 of yesterday's post on how you can stay fit through simple workouts while you are afraid of Covid-19 without going to the gym. Of course, some of you must already do this as I find these days that children, young and elderly people go out biking mornings and evenings. Coronavirus has led us all to understand the value of good health and to worry about the pollution problem.
As promised, here is today's post on the Top Weight Loss Exercises Part 2. You may want to read the first part of the series here.
Skip / jump rope
Calories Burned: 600-900 calories / hour
Skipping is hard work, but it burns calories intensely. Although 1 hour is difficult to skip continuously, you can increase the duration of the skip by jumping deeply (just enough to let the rope pass under your feet).
Elliptical trainer
Calories Burned: 600 calories / hour
This is one of the best cardio machines that works all over your body. The elliptical trainer helps to tighten the stomach to a great extent. If you have a TV in front of you or music in your ears while working on this device, you can keep doing it longer!
Rock climbing
Calories Burned: 800-900 calories / hour
This is an intense workout and fun too. Bouldering was included in the Olympic Games as sport climbing in 2019 and should make its Olympic debut in Tokyo in 2020. It should include three disciplines: speed climbing, bouldering, and lead climbing. Thanks to Covid-19, it became the most anticipated event, although the question “When?” Has yet to be answered.
You can go rock climbing during your vacation. You can also do it indoors in a club. You can find more information about a friend's climbing experience here … and indoor climbing also known as Bouldering, read this …

This is a great workout and allows you to kick your best friend or foe if you prefer;). Kickboxing is a great way to lose weight. After this exercise, you will be completely exhausted!

And you thought gardening was for leisure? Aaah! Another reason for gardening is to burn calories while taking care of your beautiful garden. So how about creating one on your roof or patio?
