How To Construct Up Working Stamina
When my baby was 6 months old and I was having trouble losing weight, I thought of running. I went for a day and after fifteen minutes I came back. I found it very difficult to run and wonder how these people run for so long. I spoke to a friend of my husband's who had taken part in many marathons. According to her, I need to build stamina and do more cardio.
I couldn't follow this without guidance. Running on a treadmill for 15 minutes at a time was boring, and I didn't have the stamina to do it either. I decided to do aerobics, which I enjoyed and enjoyed.
How to Build Running Endurance Tips
I subscribed to many fitness sites and one day I saw this running plan that trains you to run for 30 minutes non-stop in eight weeks. I can't remember which website it is as I just saved the schedule and didn't bookmark the post. If any of you know of such a site, please share it.
It had been two weeks since I followed the schedule and I ran for 30 minutes straight with only a minute off in between. I was the same person who couldn't walk continuously for five minutes. This running plan actually worked for me. I will share the schedule here.
We always think people have an easy time of it, but people work really hard for what they achieve. That was some time ago when I asked Gul Panag for tips on how to build stamina, and that was her answer. That was in 2013.
I still can't imagine walking 5km and Gul Panag can actually run 10km in an hour. How great is that! I really wish I could one day reach this level of fitness.
When I get to my fitness level, I haven't lost a lot of pounds, but I feel fit and more energetic. When I ran for half an hour, I wasn't tired, just a little bored. I looked at the timer and thought how many minutes left 😛
I've also taken Zumba classes and after my first class I thought it was great. Something much more interesting than normal worldly training. Although I can't attend the class regularly, I had a lot of fun.
I clicked on this picture then and now when I see it I realize that I had lost more weight from my abdominal area. Although I still have a long way to go, I'm glad that all of these ideas about having a caesarean section and never being able to lose weight from your stomach are completely wrong. If you work for it, you can be very good 🙂
Oh! One more thing before I finish the post. My PCOS was under control and I started a regular menstrual cycle. Have a nice Weekend!
