How is your suspension progressing? Although most of us are already enjoying the partial unlocking of our lives, I have found that most of us have had more than normal sugar intake. Worst of all, we all enjoyed it too. What now? Have you dared to step on the scales?
I met some of the lovely ladies who asked me Sugar-free Natura. They wanted to know if it was safe to use. So I thought I should do some research on this famous artificial sweetener that is easily available in India i.e. H. Sugar Free Natura. There are many other similar products available for people who don't want to consume sugar like sugar-free gold and stevia.
Let's talk about sugar-free natura
Sugar-Free is a well-known brand of a well-known company – Cadila Healthcare. You may have used Cadila medicines. Sugar-free Natura is made from sucralose, a derivative of sugar.
As I write this post, I am thinking about what to write! Reason? There is nothing good to write about sucralose. It's as bad as sugar! I'm just asking you not to eat sucralose, period! Still, I'm going to mention some of the side effects of sucarolose from research here.

My Point of View: Is Sugar Free Nature Good For Health?
There is no such thing as a healthy artificial sweetener, so it's hard to decide which one is the worst. But sucralose is definitely worth boycotting, mostly because it affects our gut flora. Many people are already deficient in probiotics (good flora) and reducing the intestinal flora by 50% by consuming sucralose is like suicide! If you want something sweet to eat, go for organic jaggery or honey or unprocessed maple syrup. Try using unprocessed sugar in your homes whenever you need sugar.
The secret to a healthy diet is what you eat! Read ingredient labels. If you can find the item closer to the raw form as it exists in nature, it could be healthy. With the item toward the processed side, walk as far as you can: P!
