The first thing she does when she gets out of bed is to drink 4 full glasses of water. This is said to boost your metabolism.
Breakfast:

◦ Grilled fish / steamed fish
◦ A small cup of legumes

Kat eats food called the Macrobiotic Diet every 2 hours. Read more about this diet here. It contains cooked vegetables and fresh fruits. Their dietary supplements include acai berry and wheatgrass powder. (Have you heard of them ??).
She avoids starchy foods.

Katrina is a huge fan of yoga. She does yoga for her mental calm and of course for her slim and sexy figure.
Training outdoors – She goes jogging every day and doesn’t miss any opportunity to jog when visiting beaches and marine areas. She likes to jog for an hour. This will help her warm up to her normal exercise program. (What! 1 hour jogging to warm up!)
Gym – Your fitness activities include isoplanks, leg training, and weight training. When she couldn't jog, she rides a bike to warm up at the gym.
For the perfect bikini look, Kat spends time swimming and biking in her workout routine. Due to her very busy schedule, she was currently only able to walk 3 days a week. (It's okay baby !! you're already at your best)
Her trainer says, “Since Kaif gets bored quickly, I keep changing the training program to get her interested. She trains for two hours every day and alternates between Pilates, abdominal and core exercises such as isoplanks, swimming and jogging. "
"She trains on a multifunctional trainer to train all the major muscle groups in her body, with repetitions and without breaks for several hours a day," she adds.

Kat's fitness program consists of isoplanks. So what is it? Isoplank
Isoplank: This exercise is mainly used to reduce belly fat. This exercise is performed by lying face down on a soft mat, forearms under your chest, and hands together. Spread your feet about a fist's width apart. Pull your toes under you and press yourself on your forearms. Your back should be straight and your abs should be tight (suck them in). Also tense your glutes. Hold this for 60 seconds.
