With Madison back in school, my mind is on school lunches and after-school snacks. She's always so hungry after school, so I created this strawberry and cream cheese dip to add a little more excitement to her afternoon snack. I made this cheesecake dip a little healthier by adding Stonyfield Organic 0% Fat Plain Yogurt to the cream cheese for extra protein and less fat.

How to make no-bake strawberry cheesecake dip

This 6-ingredient cheesecake dip is so easy to make and lasts three days in the fridge.

  • Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, lemon peel and vanilla extract with a hand mixer and put in a cool place. They can be refrigerated overnight or for up to 3 days.
  • Mix in the strawberry jam just before serving.

  • 4th Ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberry Jam
  • Strawberries, For serving
  • In a medium-sized bowl with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese with yogurt, vanilla, lemon zest and sugar until the sugar has dissolved and the dip is smooth.

  • Chill until ready to eat.

  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and gently stir in the jam to swirl.

  • Serve immediately with strawberries and graham crackers (optional) for dipping.
