Wholesome Peanut Salad | Protein Recipes
I like to eat in the middle of my meals. The evening is one of those times when I feel the need to eat something. I will keep sharing my favorite protein recipes with you.
Today it's a healthy peanut salad that only takes 5 minutes and contains few ingredients, with the goodness of a healthy snack.
ingredients
- 1 green chilli (optional)
Just mix all the ingredients together, no cooking required;). If you want the peanut salad to be spicy, add a green coolness. You can also add some red cool powder in case you want to skip green chilli. Onion and tomato along with lemon add the much needed fiber to protein-rich peanuts.
