Anti Inflammatory Diet – Which Foods To Eat

How did you get banned? I am super pissed off! My face seems to have been swollen for 2 days. I usually swell during periods, this time my face seems to explode!

With my experience, I've known a few anti-inflammatory foods that have worked for me. I forgot to mention that inflammation is called swelling in common language. This can be due to stress, inactivity, periods, illness, or side effects of food or medication.

1. Fruits

Fruits are amazing antioxidants. The best fruits with anti-inflammatory properties are lime, papaya, pear, plum, raspberry, watermelon, apple, apricot, avocado, blackberry, and blueberry. Organic fruits are the best choice! Read here why organic food.

2. grains

Grains are high in fiber and can reduce inflammation. Made from the grains like wheat, millet, red rice, etc. – brown rice worked best for me. Read about brown rice here.

3. Spices and herbs

4. Non-vegetarian food

Foods like chicken, eggs, salmon, and other cold-water fish are good for healing swelling.

Some of the anti-inflammatory vegetables are asparagus, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, green beans, kale, mushrooms, onions, peas, radishes, spinach, sprouts, and sweet potatoes.
