Egg Salad | Protein Recipes

I love eggs to the core because they help me lose weight 😛 and because they are so versatile. We have shared many egg recipes with you. Egg salad is one of the quickest protein recipes that is healthy and delicious.

Ingredients –

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salad vegetables such as tomato, cucumber

No more cooking required;). All you need is boiled eggs.

With limited protein options for vegetarians (read Eggitarians), eggs are life-saving. If you learn to make some egg dishes that taste different, you will never curse non-vegetables 😉. I generally curse my non-vegetarian friends when I see them turn pages of the menu in restaurants and I only have 2 pages to check! Huh!
