Erwan Le Corre, MovNat Founder, Breaks National Static Breath-Holding Record

The natural movement pioneer walks 44 seconds better than the previous record with amazing self-control.

Erwan Le Corre is a pioneer of natural movement and the founder of MovNat. He is also an American National Record Holder. Most recently, Breaking Muscle's favorite writer, Le Corre, held his breath for 6 minutes 46 seconds, beating the previous Static Apnea (STA) record. STA is a freediving discipline and is defined as a pure breath holding discipline. For the record, Le Corre was lying face down in a pool in Tampa, Florida with an official host crew to record his record attempt.
