Health Benefits Of Dates – Indian Weight Loss Blog

A big hello to all fitness enthusiasts. I lost a lot of extra weight and took care of my general health as well. I will try to share as much knowledge as possible about health and weight maintenance.

So today I'm going to share how good dates are for our health.

Health benefits of data

Personally, I love dates and have waited for the winters to add them to my diet as they are naturally hot and can add heat to the body summer.

Low calorie snack:

First point must be for the weight watcher. Dates are a low-calorie snack, even though they contain natural sugars. They can be taken after or before exercise. You can have them on their own or add them to your milk to make date milkshake. (Can someone see me drooling 😛)

Energy booster:

Dates give you instant energy because of the sugar they contain. This is why I said dates can be taken as a pre-workout snack. They give you energy without making your stomach feel full.

Rich in fiber:

Dates are high in fiber and can also be used to cure constipation. Soaked dates can be taken in the morning with warm or plain water to improve bowel clearance.

Iron kingdom:

Eisen reminds me of "Popeye the Sailor", I don't know why. Anyway, dates are very high in iron and are used for treatment anemia. They can be taken as is tomorrow or soaked overnight. I've been taking them in an overnight soaked form since October this year and they are really effective, trust me.

High in potassium:

Dates are high in potassium, which lasts heart and regulates blood pressure.

Rich in vitamins and antioxidants:

They contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5 and C. It also contains many antioxidants. So along with the health of the body, you also have great skin.

Serve as a great sweet substitute:

Dates can be eaten alone, or with nuts, as is, or with a twist to satisfy your sweet tooth without adding any calories.

Keeps your teeth healthy:

Now Teeth have to be looked after very well, otherwise you have to spend a fortune to be able to afford a good dentist. 😉

However, dates are one of those fruits that, when consumed raw, must be properly chewed to stimulate lots of saliva and control acid attack on the teeth. They also contain fluorine, which helps prevent tooth decay. But ah-aThe thing is – you have to swing your mouth nicely after you have these as they are cute and sticky too.

Helps in lowering cholesterol and keeps the heart healthy.

Appointments are also said to be very beneficial for pregnant women.

How many of you guys like dates? And how do you prefer them? Let me know in the comments.
