  • 250ml / 1 cup milk *
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened) or 10g dark chocolate (with at least 85% cocoa)

* Feel free to use soy milk, but make sure to use the sweetened version to get the same amount of carbohydrates.
