You are suddenly If you long for a cake or something sweet in the afternoon, don't worry about not being alone. It happens to me all the time. Yes i have a sweet tooth. And sometimes I have something sweet to contain that too. But what if I give you better ways to curb that craving? We all know that sugar is not good for anything when it is limited to small amounts, i.e. to 2-4 teaspoons is okay. But if more is ingested, it not only leads to weight gain, but also some diseases in the long run. Because it increases our blood glucose levels.
With the festive season around the corner, it will be a tough job for any cute lover. Here are some ways to curb your sugar cravings. Try it.

Increase your protein intake
Now you need to ask yourself how protein and sugar are linked, yes they are. Our cravings for sugar are ours body Way of saying they need more protein.
