The excitement is in the air! Let's start with the next step, our recipes for the IWB Challenge. These recipes are well explained on IWB, I put them together for you here.
IWB would give you a diet plan, but there is always room for improvement. I bet there will be days when you cannot follow the diet plan 100%. Nobody can ! It is during these times that you should know what is the best thing to eat.
