If you're hungry, this one Low-carb cauliflower cheese Pakoras protein diet can be an excellent snack. It's crispy and will fill you up after a few bites. It is also considered to be one of the ideal companions for weight loss and it tastes just amazing. So I'm going to scold less and share with you the recipe of this low-carb recipe with cheese cauliflower. Of course, it's the Indian version of the popular MAC & Cheese fried recipe.

Ingredients:-

  • 1 head of cauliflower grated. (Don't use the stem, just the head.)

  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated

  • 2 large eggs or you can use three

  • red chilli powder (depending on taste)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Garam Masala (to taste)

  • Oil for frying (if you follow wheat belly, low carbohydrate, high fat then use coconut, otherwise ghee your normal oil)

Method and preparation: –

  • Step 1 – In a food processor, rice the cauliflower. You can rub in the absence of the food processor.
  • Step 2 – Now squeeze out the cauliflower juice in a muslin cloth so that there is no more water. Otherwise, the chances of breaking cauliflower bites while frying are small
  • Step 3 – Now add cheese, eggs, red chili powder, salt and mix everything together and form a thick paste.
  • Step 4 – Make small balls of your choice and deep fry them.
