Welcome to mbg moves! In 2020 we trained at home more than ever – and we know our readers do too. To keep your fitness routine feeling fresh, we publish a new home workout every Monday to start your week off strong. Every month, routines are introduced by a different incredible trainer that we love. Now let's get started with our first trainer spotlight: CJ Frogozo.

Most of us sit * a lot * these days. That's why I created this three-train workout that not only gets you moving, but also activates the back of your body and brings blood flow back to the thing you've been sitting on all day (yes, I'm talking about yours Butt). This sequence is also great for restoring mobility to your hip joints and achieving efficient cardio.

Don't you feel the climbers? No problem. Simply lie on your back with the soles of your feet together (supta badhakonasana) for a more relaxing ending.

Your 4-week challenge: This workout is part 3 of my month-long series (see my lower body blast and my cardio burst). I urge you to do more exercise sessions every week (watch out for a new workout every Monday). At the end of the month, you'll exercise for eight minutes three to four times a week. Trust me; I think you will feel a lot better about your body.
