“Morgan first came to the gym with very little strength training background, but was by no means a fitness issue. She had recently finished the annual Lake Tahoe Ragnar race and trained weekly, but lacked general strength. Fast forward less than a year and she's stronger than ever, setting weekly PRs and literally carrying her trainer around with ease! Thank you Morgan for inspiring us all so much!
