Quick And Healthy Breakfast Ideas
You can't miss them anyway …
Everyone says you have a "heavy" breakfast. Now does that mean you have oily stuff or eat until you are overcrowded? No, definitely not. Heavy breakfasts mean eating nutritious and protein-laden foods that are accompanied by a limited amount of carbohydrates that provide enough energy for daily tasks and that are fully digested by the end of the day.
Fast and healthy breakfast ideas
In today's hectic and busy lifestyle, preparing a whole heavy (read: healthy and nutritious) breakfast is a chore in itself. To make this task easier for you, here are some quick and healthy breakfast options for you and your family.
Smoothie
First, smoothie is not an additive, but a complete meal in itself, provided the ingredients are healthy and nutritious. I've been indulging in a lot of smoothies lately and will be sharing recipes soon.
Paneer Cheese Sandwich
The recipe has already been shared on the blog. I've tried small changes myself like adding peppers and onions accompanied by subtracting cheese. It's a healthy, high-protein, easy-to-make toast. You can read it here
Sprouts
Do them the day before. Add in vegetables you love, a little lime juice, seasoning, toss and you're done; again rich in protein and super healthy. If you have something prepared in advance, you will never skip breakfast and indulge in unhealthy things.
Poha
For me, this is the easiest and most delicious breakfast option. I fry all the vegetables in a pan, rinse the poha and add them to the vegetable mixture. At the end, add spices, fresh coriander, and crispy peanuts for a crispy effect. Leave the typical Aloo Bhujia behind. Easy Peasy 😛
Besan ka chilla
It's also super easy and healthy. Add lots of chopped vegetables to make them more delicious and use less oil to keep them healthy. You can also try healthy hearty waffles, recipe here.
Fruits with yogurt
A large bowl of yogurt with lots of chopped fruits like strawberries, kiwi, and banana is a really healthy and satisfying alternative. This is a type of snack that you can have at any time of the day. So if you're really in a hurry, have it for breakfast.
Milk and cereal
In general, I like GAIA muesli. There are many flavors. Please read ingredients carefully before purchasing while purchasing Kellogg & # 39; s and cereal or anything wrapped. If it's high in sugar, hold it back right away. Google for the ingredient you don't know but don't say ignorantly what you are putting in your stomach.
oatmeal
Plant-based oatmeal flour is healthier than sweet. But you can always have it while craving candy. Do not take the oatmeal flour available in the market with you. Take 5 minutes and make fresh oatmeal flour with lots of colorful vegetables.
Milk and nuts
Simplest and most straightforward option. When you have a few nuts, swallow a glass of milk and you're done! Can anything be easier than that?
These are all the options I do in my daily life when I'm in a rush and want something healthy and quick. If you need a recipe for any of the above, please let me know. I will try to get it on blog asap.
