3. A fixed routine:

Make a routine and try to always follow it, whatever happens.

She starts her day with lukewarm water with honey and lime juice.

She takes 5 small meals a day.

breakfast – Breakfast consists of egg omelette or oatmeal, toast, fruit and water. She added a couple of cups of sugar-free green tea every day. Multivitamins can also be included after consulting the doctor.

Mini Meal – black bread with egg white and protein shake

Having lunch – Lunch includes vegetables, chicken, roti (made from high-protein flour), cottage cheese and fruit. The rotis are made from protein-rich flour. She avoids red meat.

dinner – Eat as early as possible with at least 3 hours between dinner and bedtime. For Sonam, it's usually a bit of grilled fish, a chicken sandwich, salad, and a glass of protein shake.

Sonam eats every two hours. She says she feels hungry all day and therefore eats every two hours. She also eats dry fruits and nuts. Coconut water, buttermilk, and cucumber juice are just a few of her favorite drinks. She avoids excess salt and sugar.

For her general fitness, Zarine Watson; for Power Yoga Bharat Thakur; for strength training Shervir and Monisha; and for Pilates it was Yasmin Karachiwala. She also adds Kathak, a rigorous dance form that gives her a well toned body.

Sonam enjoyed exercising during her school days. She played basketball, rugby, etc. regularly. This helped her develop flexibility which made the following practice routines no problem for her. It focuses on a specific part of the body in a training day. She adds that weight training and cardiovascular exercises work best for her.

Sonam always says people have to follow strict work schedules. She asks for regular medical checkups to make sure they haven't gained weight because of a health problem. For them, a person who eats healthy food and exercises regularly will stay healthy.
