Wanderlust December: Gratitude

The last month of the year is on our calendars and just as the streets, windows and houses glow a warming yellow, our hearts fill with gratitude for all the time we have spent this year. On the mat, in silence, in movement, in practice – we have shown ourselves and for each other, made progress, let go and just be. That was and is enough and enough to be grateful.

First things first, this December welcomes a brand new yoga and fitness challenge that will keep your heart racing in what is arguably the laziest time of the year – yes, we're talking to you, vacation time of year.
