Wanderlust It’s August: Let’s Move

It's midsummer and after the year we've had it's time to MOVE. From trying something new on the mat to going outside with your WLTV in hand, here are our tips for the best courses and courses to get you moving this month.

The FIXX with Devon Young

If you long for the great outdoors but can't get there yet, this is for you. One of our key WLTV guides, Devon Young, broadcast her last weekly FIXX class and consider us lucky – she is currently running a yoga retreat in Sayulita, Mexico which makes the backdrops super lavish for this fan favorite!

Animal flow

Kim Hartwell Animal River
The Animal Flow course combines a mixture of mobility techniques with strength and primordial movement-inspired training. Expect to work up a sweat while having great fun and exploring what your body is capable of.

On the mat

Schuyler on the mat

Short and cute pose tuning ups for those looking to improve their skills. Join legendary Wanderlust yoga teachers Briohny Smyth, Caley Alyssa, Schuyler Grant, and Matt Phippen who break up popular poses in some of Northern California's most breathtaking locations. Practice the perfect handstand on the shores of Lake Tahoe, Warrior III on an epic mountain range, and Eka Pada Koundinyasana II under a starry sky.

Shake your chakras

Beau Campbell Shake Chakras 2

This is one of the most popular courses we've released lately, and for good reason! This course from Beau Campbell scratches all the spots that require attention: with ecstatic dance, yoga and meditation. Each class is designed so that we become aware of the various energies and imbalances within us so that we can restore and improve the flow. Both a grounding and uplifting experience, you will leave with the tools to open blocked energies and step into transformation.

Low impact HIIT

Emma Obayuvana Low Impact HIIT

Accompany Emma Obayuvana to an energetic and sweaty circle that is not very stressful and easy on the joints. Quick transitions between dynamic bodyweight exercises that work on multiple muscle groups without jumping. Expect to build strength, endurance, and mobility.
