Which is better - fruit or fruit juice for weight loss

Fruits contain fiber, which gives the stool more volume. The fiber in the fruit juice is either low or absent. Fiber is lost when making juice. Why ? This is because the peel and most of the pulp are thrown away when making the juice.

The fruit peel supplies the body with nutrients and lowers the risk of cancer. Fruit pulp contains many vital nutrients that are destroyed when juicing. For example, orange pulp contains vitamin C, most of which is lost when pulp is removed.

Fruit juice can raise blood sugar faster and cause stomach problems too.

Regardless of how the fruit juice is prepared, the nutrients can only be obtained through the whole fruit!
