All of us want arms that don’t flap while waving hello to someone, right? Here are exercises with light weights to help you get toned. You need 2 to 3 pound dumbbells for this but it is okay of you don’t have them too!
Triceps push

- Holding weights in both arms, kneel on your knees with the toes touching the floor. Hinge forward from the hips and bend the elbows at 90 degrees.
- Unbending your elbows, extend both your arms straight back with your palms facing each other. Squeezing your triceps, return back to your starting position.
- Repeat this 10 times and do 3 sets.
Right Angle Bicep Curl

- Sit on the floor with legs crossed. Holding your weights extend your arms straight in front with your palms facing up.
- Slowly pull up your arms into a right angle and then release them back to the starting position.
- Repeat for 10 counts and do 3 sets of it.

Weighted Side bend

- Hold your dumbbell above the head and squeeze your ears with your upper arms in order to activate the core.
- Pull abs to your spine and lengthen the spine as slowly bend to the right. Now return to the standing position and then bend slowly to the left. Keep your pelvis still while bending to the side.
Kick crunch

- Exhale in order to engage your abs and kick the right leg up while bringing the left hand to the right toes, doing a little crunch.
- Repeat this on the other side as well.
Rotate row

- Start in a shallow squat position with the weight in your right hand.
- Pull your elbow back and squeeze the right shoulder blade towards the spine as you twist to the right.
- Do this for 30 secs and then change the sides.
