Making a small change can help identify something important that could happen in the future. Before we can identify the symptoms of any illness we're suffering from, we can identify them sooner by doing a self-test and preventing them.

Our body tries to tell us when something is wrong. So take some time and listen to your body. Take note when showering and consult a doctor, even if you are

1. Pay attention to your eyelid

Be careful if you get lumps that may be white or waxy on your eyelids that eye makeup can't remove, or if you can't get drops from the eye. This could be a reason for high cholesterol. High cholesterol can lead to lumps on the eyelid. Ask your doctor and have your cholesterol checked.

Cholesterol blocks the arteries and increases the chance of a heart attack. It could be lowered through regular exercise, healthy eating, and therefore weight loss.

2. Notice your nails

Not only are birthmarks a part of detecting skin cancer, your nails can tell the truth, too. Yellowish, brown, or black streaks in your nails can indicate skin cancer. It could be melanoma, which is skin cancer. Don't forget that early detection of cancer can help treat it and save your life.

As soon as you notice these changes in your nails, consult a doctor, possibly a derma. This can occur due to fair skin or prolonged exposure to the sun. Mainly, sunburn can be a cause of this disease. So never forget to wear good sunscreen before leaving the house.

3. Pay attention to your skin

If you see oily skin and the appearance of pimples or thick hair on your face, chest, stomach, back, thumb, or toe. If you notice irregular periods, the reason could be the overproduction of male sex hormones. That said, it could be polycystic ovary syndrome. Do not be afraid and do not be ashamed. Ask your doctor and have your pelvic exam, blood test, or vaginal ultrasound diagnosed. While there is currently no fixed and quick cure for PCOS, lifestyle changes can help a lot!

4. Notice your armpits

Notice whether there is a patch of rough or dry skin on your armpits that may be due to diabetes. Excess insulin can cause skin cells to multiply abnormally quickly, causing tissue and melanin to build up under the armpits.

5. Notice your flow

A woman may bleed between periods, after sex, or even after menopause. First, contact your gynecologist to get a cervical cancer test. Don't be afraid, you may be given oral contraceptives to help regulate your menstrual cycle.

6. Pay attention to your body

When you feel lumps in your skin anywhere in the body that may be due to cysts. You may have developed cysts in your body that need surgery to be removed. It is recognized sooner, easier to get rid of. Ask your doctor if you notice a permanent lump in your skin.
