Here is a 1 day example adenomyosis diet plan.

OR

Raita 1 cup + 2 small paratha stuffed with vegetables + 1 cup Rajma / Chole + 1 cup onion salad.

Evening: 1 cup of green tea + 1 cup of vegetables poha / upma / daliya / 2 khakras.
Dinner: 1 cup of vegetable soup + 1 cup of vegetables Dal Khichdi + 1 cup of vegetables + 1 cup of kadhi or 1 cup of sambar.

OR

1 cup of vegetable zoodles + 1 cup of stir-fried vegetables + 2 small paneer pea patties + 1 glass of ABC juice (apple, beetroot and carrot).

Bedtime

½ cup of soaked nuts (2 almonds + 2 walnut halves + 6 – 8 kishmish + 1 dried fig).

OR

1 cup of milk with a pinch of nutmeg + ½ teaspoon turmeric.
