  • I'm so busy / I don't have time

I came up with an extremely good trick for this excuse. It works for the laziest of creatures out there (like me) too. Tell yourself "Only half an hour". Most of the time, you will be doing all of your workout.

When you are tired, rest and eat something. Now that the lock is slowly starting to wear off, after the gyms open, go there if you feel better.

  • I do not have a partner. I hate training alone.

"Really?" Then find one! Make friends and go for a walk together.

  • I have housework to do

I can understand that women and mothers have housework to do, especially when they work from home. It will be very exhausting, but I am sure your family will support you if you take your health seriously. You can postpone the activities you can do after your workout or get help from husband or children.

This is a very popular excuse for people who are extremely overweight. I've seen people struggle to walk or even sit on the floor. There is always a beginning. Take small steps at a time. You can!
