I know you would be wondering why I'm talking about the way you celebrate, partying, or getting excited! After all, life is about seeking great happiness out of small things. You could celebrate on some of the most important occasions of your life, like your birthday or your marriage, the birth of your son or daughter, or your graduation party. You might be partying over the weekend for no reason. Who needs a reason to enjoy? Have you wondered that there is one thing that stays the same no matter how unique the occasion for celebration is – food. You can't even imagine a party without food.

You could eat healthy homemade foods, fruits, salads, and nuts on normal days. But when you're partying, order food at your favorite restaurant or hotel. No matter which cuisine you order – Chinese, continental, oriental, pizza, Sizzler or McDonald & # 39; s burger, nothing is as healthy as homemade food.

The irony is that if you celebrate the happiest moments of your life by eating unhealthy foods, you are punishing yourself. Unlike normal days, your body is not getting enough nutrients. It will take a few days for your body to recover and for you to party again!

Don't you think your body deserves a treat on your special day too? Instead of providing extra food on your special day, punish them by eating less healthy or unhealthy foods.
